Moving From Mortar to Modular
Modular housing provides an environmentally friendly, sustainable alternative to traditional housing, with a cost efficient and streamlined production process to cut down on construction time.

Facts about modular housing:
-
Time Efficient – Because modular homes are largely built off site, onsite assembly and overall construction time is kept to a minimum. This allows larger projects to be delivered on shorter timeframes.
-
Environmentally Friendly – with in-factory production and minimised waste, modular homes provide a greener alternative to traditional housing.
-
Cost Effective – the significantly lower production and assembly time provide the end user with a much more affordable product.
-
Durability – Our modular units come with a 60 – year warranty.
-
High Quality – Units fully meet Irish and EU standards applied to traditional housing.
Due to the wider housing crisis, there is an immediate need countrywide for affordable temporary accommodation.
SIEC Group is in an optimal position to address this need as many of our past projects have centred around traditional housing development and investment, and addressing the housing crisis remains one of our core objectives. More recently, we have been exploring modern and innovative solutions to respond to different areas of the housing deficit.
Today, our goal is to lead the way in modular housing and help provide quality accommodation and cost-effective investment.
We are currently in the development phase for our modular housing programme, which has the capacity to deliver one thousand prefabricated homes onsite in a timeframe of twelve months from initial manufacture.

Our Record
With operations across Ireland, SIEC Group has so far financed the construction of 500 homes across over 11 projects and our ongoing programmes will deliver a further 665 homes once completed.
