Welcome to SIEC Group, where we help drive investment in Irish housing. One of our main objectives is to support communities by providing affordable homes that meet the needs of families and individuals.

 

Since 2016, SIEC Group has primarily focused on introducing non-EU investors to Ireland’s housing market. The Irish housing sector’s capacity is in many ways still recovering from the 2008 financial crash, with a fast-growing population and one of Europe’s worst housing shortages. The housing sector today remains one with incredibly high demand and a shortage of supply, making it a very reliable area for investors interested in Ireland.

 

As of September 2024, SIEC Group had successfully brought 183 investors to invest in Irish housing, collectively raising funds amounting to 111 million euro. A total of 82 investors have successfully exited the project, with a cumulative repayment amount of 57.5 million euro.

 

All funding generated by these projects was invested by SIEC Group through our joint subsidiaries, funding the construction of 500 residential units in Ireland. An additional 665 residential units are currently under construction.

 

Today we are looking to the future. As demand for housing continues to grow in Ireland, SIEC Group is transitioning towards the development of an innovative rapid-build housing system.
