Nenagh Development Project

Nenagh Development Project
Binn An Fheadain Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of SIEC Group, has sourced and invested €8 million into housing in Nenagh.
Why Nenagh?
Nenagh, Tipperary is a town of history, with Nenagh castle and other examples of Norman architecture dotted around the area. A place with a storied past, it is also progressing into the future, becoming second largest town in County Tipperary in 2022. The town’s growth, however, has outpaced its housing development and the area has been impacted by a shortage of homes along with the rest of the North Tipperary.
This new development will meet the demand for new housing in North Tipperary which has not been adequately fulfilled for too long.
What’s the Plan?
The project covers the construction of 24 new homes across the Tyone and Dublin Road areas in Nenagh, County Tyrone.
The new homes will be built into the existing structure of Nenagh town rather than on a single site area, with easy access to local shops and amenities and only a short distance to the town centre. All parts of the town and its amenities are well within walking distance from the new homes.
